ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Heather Radzinski got her start in the hair industry in 2010 where she received Five Star training in customer service. She is a triple master of her craft, specializing in custom blonding and hair extensions. She has always strived to create a space where client care meets technical precision. Starting her own business in 2015, she could ensure each guest received top tier service from booking to checkout. Looking to expand her reach to potential clients and to share her knowledge, she launched Manuka Salon where she could take her passion for haircare and mentor other stylists in creating the same experience. She developed the Manuka Method of custom blonding and has trained her entire team to ensure consistency in customer satisfaction. Having grown up in Naples, she loves being involved in the community through charitable initiatives and supporting other small local businesses.
