We understand that things happen in life which can cause us to miss an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we may have the opportunity to offer that spot to another guest on our waitlist. Without enough notice those guests can miss an opportunity and our stylists may not be able to fill your spot.

 

Therefore a late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your service. A same day cancellation/no show will result in a 100% charge of your service.

 

Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hrs will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service.

We will always send a reminder text at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment time so that you can reschedule appropriately. If your schedule is hectic we do accept walk in appointments to avoid risking late cancellation fees. When making a reservation you are agreeing to our policy. We appreciate your understanding!
